I'm craving seafood and I'm wondering if it's worth the effort to make?

My brother in law that went to culinary school uses the recipe off of the Zataran's gumbo spice package. We had it this summer with the 200+ crawdads and it was wonderful! But I also love seafood!

No, I LOVE it! (as long as it is still in the ocean and swimming)
We're having gumbo this week courtesy of our new neighbors! They moved here from Lousiana, so their stuff is the real deal. I could get the recipe if you'd like.
