Snickerdoodles

Cream butter and sugar together.  Add vanilla.
1 cup softened butter
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Then mix in
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs

In separate bowl, stir together
3 3/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Mix both bowls together.  Dough will be a little sticky.  Roll in balls.  Then roll in cinnamon sugar mixture.
2 T. sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Bake at 350 degrees on greased cookie sheet for 8-11 minutes.
