This is a great Chilean dish that I am posting for my own reference so I don't have to keep translating it and guessing how to make it.
12 ears of corn with corn cut off (or about 3-4 cans of corn)
1 pound ground beef cooked with 2 onions (add raisins and olives)
1/2 chicken shredded
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
calls for 4 cups milk, but our corn is different, I only added about 1/2-1 cup)
3 tsp. red pepper sauce mixed into ground beef
4 hard boiled eggs sliced
3 basil leaves
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Put corn in food processor. Melt butter in pan and add oil and corn. Cook slowly and add milk as it thickens. Add salt, sugar, and basil. Cook until thick.
Oil individual bowls or small loaf pans. Put about 3 spoonful of ground beef mixture in each pan, top with some chicken, egg and corn mixture. Dust top with sugar and broil until sugar begins to brown.
