Lemon Trifle

Another great recipe from David's Grandma Olson.

1 angel food cake, torn into pieces
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 8 oz. carton lemon yogurt
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 cups whipped topping
2 cups fresh raspberries or strawberries
1/2 cup flaked coconut, toasted
fresh mint, optional

Combine sweetened condensed milk, yogurt, juice, and lemon peel. Fold in whipped topping. Place hald of the cake cubes in bowl. Top with half of the lemon mixture. Repeat layers. Top with berries. Garnish with coconut and mint if desired.
