So... I've only made pork chops a few times and they always turn out too dry and kinda chewy (aka NASTY). Last night my friend told me a way to cook them and they turned out SOOOOOOOOOO good. (yes, they were that good!) Here's what I did:
Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Salt and pepper pan.
Lay pork chops in single layer in pan. (I used 6)
Sprinkle more salt and pepper.
Thinly slice onion and lay on top. (I used dried onion)
Mix together and pour over chops:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup sour cream
1 can diced green chiles
Put in 350 degree oven and bake for about 45 minutes. No need to cover with foil.
Inhale these suckers like there's no tomorrow cause they're so dang good
p.s. Pork Chops are on SALE at Albertson's for $0.99 per pound!
