2 C. flour
2 C. quick oats
1 1/2 C. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/4 C. melted butter
1 1/2 C. caramel ice cream topping
1/2 C. flour
2 C. coarsely chopped, peeled/cored apples (Granny Smith are good)
Grease 15x10 or 9x13 pan. Set oven at 350 degrees. In large bowl combine 2 C. flour, oats, brown sugar, soda and butter. Press half of mixture in bottom of pan. Bake for 8 min.
In small saucepan combine caramel and 1/2 C. flour. Bring to a boil for three minutes.
Take pan from oven. Sprinkle apples over warm base. Pour caramel mix over top. Sprinkle with remaining topping mixture. Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool before cutting into bars.

Okay, let me just tell you guys that these things are amazing! I thought for a moment that the cookie cheesecake bars Hannah posted were my new favorite dessert, but that lasted just until Hannah brought these over to us. They are SO GOOD!
