Spinach Salad Dressing

This will make a lot.

2/3 cup vinegar
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 Tbs. chopped onion
1 tsp. mustard
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil, I used canola, etc.

Mix all ingredients except oil in blender. Gradually add oil, mixing thoroughly. Pour into jar and refrigerate. Keeps up to 3 weeks in refrigerator.

Sunny this is a really good salad! We love it! I had to caramelize the almonds for David and the second time we made it we threw some green grapes in there too. MMMMM We can't get enough of it. We used some fresh spinach from our garden too so that was exciting. And that dressing makes a ton! We halved it and still have a ton after making the salad a few times. Thanks for this recipe!

I'm glad you guys like it so much! Yeah, I halved it, too, and caramelized the almonds. Our husbands must be brothers or something.
