Chocolate Dump Cake and Frosting

1 (18.25 ounce) package of yellow cake mix
1 (5.9 ounce) package of instant chocolate pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container of sour cream
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup water
4 eggs, beaten
1 cup chocolate chips

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan.
2. In a bowl mix the yellow cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar and water. Gently fold in the sour cream and chocolate chips. Pout batter into the prepared bundt pan.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 55 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before transferring to cooling rack
4. Frost with chocolate frosting. See recipe below.

Frosting
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup sour cream

Place the sour cream and chocolate chips in a sauce pan over low heat. Keep the heat at low and stir the ingredients together. Continue stirring until the chocolate chips are all melted and combined with the sour cream. Drizzle over the chocolate cake.
