Pizza and Sauce

This is our favorite pizza recipe right now. I love the sauce!

Dough:
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 Tbs. yeast
1 Tbs. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbs. oil
4 cups flour

Mix water and sugar. Add yeast. Let the mixture sit to give the yeast time to react. Add salt, oil, and 2 cups flour. Mix. Then gradually add the rest of the flour until the dough leaves the sides of the bowl. Knead the dough for about 3 minutes. Place on a pan and shape. Poke holes all over the dough with a fork. This will allow the dough to cook in the middle. If you want a thin crust, divide the dough in half and make 2 pizzas.

Sauce:
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. parsley
1 tsp. sugar
garlic, to taste
salt & pepper to taste

Blend ingredients in blender.

Bake at 345 for 30-35 minutes.
