And soooooo easy. We used to have this all the time because it's so easy to make and tastes good too!
1 can (10 3/4 oz) Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup (we never use fat free just because we never have it, but I think it tastes the same, or close enough)
1 package (about 9 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed (about 2 cups)
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup reduced fat all-purpose baking mix
1. Preheat oven to 400 degreees. In 9-inch pie plate mix soup, vegetables and chicken. (we don't have a pie pan and just use a round baking dish--like the ones for cakes!)
2. Mix milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until golden.

i actually cook this quite often and my family loves it!
This looks really good, Sarah! It calls for "baking mix" -does that mean something like Bisquick?
Yep! Bisquick is perfect!
I made it last night- it was really good! Thanks for the recipe!
