Chicken Fajitas

This is what we are having for dinner tonight! It is one of our new favorites!

1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 1/2 Tbs. olive oil
1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken, cut into strips
1 onion, cut in thin slices
1 bell pepper, sliced

Mix lemon juice, oil and all seasonings in ziplock bag. Add chicken and mix up. Refrigerate 1-24 hours. Pour into oiled skillet and cook chicken. Add onion and peppers, cook until crispy/tender. Serve in tortilla with sour cream, guacamole, cheese, etc. YUM!

mmm...Sounds good. I'll have to try it soon. I've actually been wanting to make fajitas, but didn't know a good recipe. Thanks!

Good! I am glad you guys liked it as much as us!! Do you know who Lisa Bearnson is? She is a big scrapbook celebrity. David works with her and it is her recipe. We absolutely LOVE it. It is so easy like you said and is so good.
